Shipments and returns
Shipping
Orders are shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Order processing usually takes 2–3 business days after receipt of payment. In some cases, including high order volume, temporary stock delays, product preparation, compliance checks, or order verification, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. The final shipping price is calculated based on the selected shipping option, destination, and the total weight or size of the order. We recommend grouping your items into one order whenever possible. Separate orders cannot always be combined, and shipping fees may apply to each order individually.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination country, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. If tracking is available for the selected shipping method, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Please make sure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional costs caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. Delivery restrictions may apply to certain products, destinations, or shipping methods where required by law, transport regulations, or product safety requirements.
Boxes are appropriately sized and items are packed with great care. Special attention is given to protecting fragile goods during shipment.
Returns
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception applies under applicable law. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The goods must then be returned within 14 days from the date you informed us.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. Returned goods must be suitable for inspection only. If the goods have been used, opened beyond what is necessary for inspection, damaged, contaminated, or returned incomplete, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value where permitted by applicable law.
For safety, compliance, and product integrity reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, unsealed, used, contaminated, or stored outside recommended conditions, where such limitation is permitted by applicable law.
Refunds for eligible returns will be made using the original payment method without undue delay. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever comes first.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number together with clear photos of the issue.
